At JOVS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty technology investment. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return window for most devices to ensure you have ample time to experience the results.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our dedicated customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack your JOVS device in its original packaging, including all power cables, protective eyewear, and documentation that came with the product.

  • 3.
    Ship to Our Center

    Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned device, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
